			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are two major festivals in Swindon. They are Festival on the Farm and the Swindon Music Festival. The Festival on the Farm is a small festival for all of the local artists in Swindon. The farm is located on the edge of Swindon and allows the music lovers to get up and close and personal with the artists.<span id="more-72"></span> The festival is set to run for three days and three nights on July 22th through the 24th. There is a place for people to camp out so they can stay at the festival all weekend long if they want to.</p>
<p>The tickets range from $30.00 and up, it is according to the days that you come to the festival and how many days you plan to attend. On Friday night, there will be a beer tent set up for food and beverages. On Saturday and Sunday morning, guests will be treated to home cooked meal and the Sunday paper. There are a lot of kid friendly activities to do on Saturday. The featured acts on Friday will be Will and the People, Hot Rox, Penfold, The Costello&#8217;s, and The Fixed. Saturday there will be a tribute to some of the best artists.</p>
<p>The Swindon Music Festival is Swindon&#8217;s way to teaching musical arts to all ages. During the festival, they will provide music classes to anyone who would like to take one. Most of the classes are held at the Christ Church with St Mary?s and the Arts Centre. The festival was help on March 23rd and 24th. Some of these classes include Adult Vocal Classes, Jazz Classes, Brass Classes, Junior Vocal Classes, Choral Classes, Pianoforte Classes, Church Organ, Recital Classes, Composition Classes, Recorder Classes, Electronic Keyboard Classes, String Classes, Guitar Classes, and Woodwind Classes (Excluding Recorder). Most of the music that is provided for the festival for different recitals from the people who have taken some of these classes before.</p>
<p>Some of the other festivals that go on in Swindon are Harold Jolliffe One Act Play Festival, Swindon Festival of Literature, Swindon Kite Festival, Real Ale, Cider &amp; Jazz Festival, Family Cycling Festival, British One Act Play Festival, Swindon Railway Festival, and Swindon Beer Festival. Each one of these festivals have a little something for everyone in the family to enjoy. When you are planning to travel to Swindon, make sure to check out at least one of these festivals.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The U.K is an extraordinary place to travel to. There are beautiful sights and interesting people at every turn. Swindon is a wonderful place to sight-see and relax like the locals. Swindon is a town in the U.K that is filled with wonderful sights.<br />
If you find yourself in Swindon, here are a few sights to see and things to do:<br />
Check out STEAM.<span id="more-73"></span> It&#8217;s a transport museum in the old engine manufacturing yard of Swindon&#8217;s outskirts.<br />
Swindon is big for it&#8217;s indoor climbing, so if your the fitness type, it&#8217;s perfect for you. Many people who visit this part of the U.K also find themselves wake boarding or heading over to the Link Centre to sign up for a fitness class.<br />
Swindon has a huge designer outlet. The outlet shops are set in beautiful buildings, a must see. There are over 100 shops in the Swindon Designer Outlet mall.<br />
The National Monument Record Centre is another great attraction in Swindon. There are over 7 million documents on English Heritage held there. It is a huge historical site.<br />
You will also find Lydiard Park, which is the historical home of the Viscounts Bolingbrook. Lydiard Park consists of a house, church and beautiful &#8212; and newly restored &#8212; walled garden with extraordinary flora.<br />
Also, if flora is your thing, Swindon offers the Town Gardens. The Town Gardens is full of concerts and festivals in the summer. There are, as one would imagine, a beautiful array of flowers as well as an aviary and many other fun attractions.<br />
If you&#8217;re visiting Swindon with your children, don&#8217;t fret, there are plenty of things for them to do as well. As a matter of fact, many of the attraction have special play houses and such for children. There is also Roves Farm, which is a wonderful place to take kids. Roves has a plethora of animals and your kids get to meet and feed them! Swindon also has a Butterfly World.<br />
Swindon has theaters, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, karting centres, bowling alleys and so much more. There is never a dull moment. There are also constantly festivals and all sorts of other events taking place. It is a wonderful, perfect and breathtakingly beautiful place to take a vacation.
